Shipping and Delivery
1. How much is shipping? Shipping cost rates are $34.99 per ball. $20.00 shipping for each additional ball.

2. When will my order ship? 6 to 8 weeks

3. How do I Track my package? A tracking number will be sent to your email after the shipper process your package.

4. Do you ship internationally? Yes, additional shipping charges may apply.

5. Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses? Yes

Return and Refunds
1. What is your return policy? 7 day upon receiving your order. Unless it’s a warranty issue. Then you have 90 days to return the product. Customer will be responsible for freight/shipping costs of returned goods. All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

2. How do I submit a manufacturer Warranty Return? Via email at info@cosmiclitebowl.com

3. How do I report a damage or Incorrect Item Received? Via email at info@cosmiclitebowl.com

4. KEY NOTE: Important Notice!
Products returned must be new, unused, undrilled and in unmarked manufacturers packaging surrounded by a protective outer packaging. Your original order number must be clearly marked on the outer packaging. Please include why the product is being returned.
All items not meeting this criteria will be refused.
